Kelly and Dr. Chang were so great at my filling appointment! I was so stressed, but they were so nice and careful and efficient. I have always had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but my visits with Healthy Smiles have been so pleasant that I'm feeling much better about going to the dentist.

I have been coming here for some years now. And I've always had a pleasant experience. The seating is low. They used to offer water as a complimentary. Now they have nothing to offer you by your waiting. But they do excellent service. Also, the employees are kind and polite and courteous, and you have to get into the bathroom with a key number.

My post got deleted a year later, but as i was trying to look for a provider, they showed up again. It started well, i really liked my hygienist.Issues began when they started claiming i need way more treatments than I need. I did one of them, which took an hour to start (no joke) and i had to lose a full working day because of what should have been an hour tops of an appointment. they were understaffed at the time, and the one doctor was busy with other patients. My job was then rushed,painful and expensive mind you. left sour, as i didnt want to lose a full working day and there was little to no apology about the matter.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ramos and his incredible team! Dr. Ramos is truly one of a kind-not your typical dentist. He takes the time to thoroughly explain all your options and focuses on what's best for you, not just what benefits his practice. That level of care and honesty is rare and so appreciated. His dental assistant, Sky, is absolutely amazing-kind,attentive, and makes every visit conformable from start to finish. And I have to give a special shout out to my Yvonne at the front desk'she is my favorite! She always makes me feel like I'm the only patient that matters, even though. they're clearly busy. Her warmth and friendliness make such a difference, and I genuinely look forward to seeing or talking with her. On top of all that, they are always on time, and visits are efficient-you're in and out without ever feeling rushed. Out of all my experiences with dentists, Dr. Ramos is by far the best I've have ever been to. I am so excited and pleased with all the Drs and Staff. My experience with them has been awesome. I was afraid of dentist and as a result suffered with severe gum disease. With only a few visits I am on the road to a healthy smile again. I highly recommend that you visit them.
